Standard Orders (In-Stock Purchases) 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging, with all tags and materials included (watch roll/holster, warranty card, documentation). To initiate a return, contact us at [returns@1903watchco.com] with your order number.

Pre-Order Cancellations 

Because pre-orders fund a limited production run, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of order. Once a batch has entered production, orders may not be cancelled for a refund.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Shipping 

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please refer to our Warranty policy — in these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items 

Gift cards and any custom-engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return.
