Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. As First Flight is a limited, made-to-order release, pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline provided at checkout, which may be updated as production progresses.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS across the United States. Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days of dispatch; expedited options may be available at checkout.

Pre-Order Timing 

Because First Flight is produced in limited batches, pre-order items ship in the order they are received, grouped by production batch. Estimated ship windows will be communicated via email as your order approaches fulfillment. Delays are occasionally possible due to the nature of small-batch production, and we will communicate proactively if your order's timeline changes.

International Shipping 

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost at checkout. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may take longer than domestic shipments due to customs processing.
