1903 Watch Co. warrants each First Flight watch to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Coverage 

This warranty covers defects in the movement, case, dial, hands, and crystal arising from manufacturing under normal use. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from water exposure due to an unscrewed or improperly secured crown
• Damage from drops, impacts, or other accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffing, or patina development on the leather strap, watch roll, or holster
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification
• Batteries, straps, or accessories not defective at time of sale (subject to normal wear)

How to File a Claim 

To submit a warranty claim, email [warranty@1903watchco.com] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or video where applicable, including a photo of your Warranty Card for warranty verification purposes. Our team will review your submission and advise on next steps, which may include a repair, replacement, or return for diagnosis.
